“My family and I recently closed the sale of my parents’ home in Newport Beach (Eastbluff), after their recent passing. As a group (myself & four siblings), we interviewed three highly capable and well-regarded local real estate agents. We decided to list the property with Tom Unvert and were very pleased with the process and final results. My parents had lived in the home for over 50 years and as they were in their 80’s and not in great health, not much current updating had been done.
